Dr. Steve Waddell, D.C.

“I grew up with a very sick father. I never knew him to be well, and as a result, spent many days in hospitals with him — emergency rooms and intensive care units. I was planning to be a medical doctor, but I decided I did not want to spend my life treating disease and death…I wanted to help people improve their health, enjoy their lives and feel better, look better, perform better and stay away from unnecessary drugs and surgery. This focus has allowed me to serve thousands of people and has served me well when I faced and now cope with my own life-threatening illness.”

Carolyn Wlad, Manual Osteopath

Carolyn was born and raised in southern Alberta on the family farm/ranch. After completing the RN program in Lethbridge, Carolyn gained much experience in healthcare working in many fields, from newborn health to emergency and ICU.

Always having a keen interest in learning how to improve health and wellness for people both mentally and physically, Carolyn discovered a gap in our healthcare system. As stress levels increase, people are statistically becoming increasingly ill.

Carolyn completed the manual osteopath program in July 2019 and is very excited to be a part of Divine Spine, a clinic that has upmost focus on health and wellness. The gratification of seeing first-hand how the quality of lives has improved dramatically with the use of our safe, non-invasive, computerized spine and joint therapy has been deeply rewarding for Carolyn.

Carolyn has three daughters who are actively involved in athletics including triathlon and hockey. Having experienced numerous injuries from concussions to joint and muscle strain, she has personally seen the positive benefits of Divine Spine to promote health & wellness as well as increased athletic performance. Carolyn also enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, and spending time in nature with her family.
